Of the 3.5 million inhabitants officially recognized in Guerrero, more than one million are victims of the impact of Hurricane Otis on Tuesday, October 24. From information shared through social networks, basically in videos, testimonies, interviews, experiences of citizens, it is known that many of them are in oblivion.

"They give a lot of relevance to Acapulco," explained one of those forgotten people, in an attempt to justify why the aid has not reached their town: "It stays in Acapulco."

But that is not very true either. In the misinformation that prevails in the face of the monopoly of official communication in the Presidency of the Republic, the reality is that Acapulco has not been attended to in accordance with the magnitude of the devastation suffered.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
